Competitive Inspection Fees

The fee for a Standard Comprehensive Home Inspection is based on the area of the home (finished + unfinished areas) in square feet. This table shows the current inspection prices:

¨For larger homes, the inspection fee is determined on a case-by-case basis.

* Add $35 for to receive a more summarized "on-site" report immediately following the inspection.

Standard (not on-site) reports are usually sent out within 24 hours of the end of the inspection.

There is a minimum charge of $225 which covers homes up to 1000 ft². Also, call to make certain fees have not changed.
