FHI comprehensive home inspections far exceed the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as set forth by the State of Tennessee Home Inspector Licensing Program.

• Digital photography is included in the reports to assist in discussion.

Falcon Home Inspection, LLC also offers indoor air quality testing services upon request. Mold inspection and testing includes a whole house DNA analysis (ERMI Testing) which is a method recommended by the Environmental Protection Agency, up to two tape lift or swab samples, and a report with results and recommendations. Radon testing is also available.
